Love, Romance & Me !

Yeah you read the title right.
Finally I got something interesting to discuss/write about it.
I already discussed it last night with Amol.
(And that's the reason I am feeling sleepy now)
So the time is set to write about it now, but before that a little intro about Amol.

He is my roommate and it's been just a month we know each other.
His interests include Guitar (he is good at it), reading books (mostly based on WAR or history), and watching History/Discovery/National Geographic Channel.

OK. I think it's enough about him.

So Yesterday when I was all set to sleep at 11:00 pm (cause now days I have no choice other then getting up at 6 in the morning), he suddenly asked me

SO Mr. Himanshu, how about your girlfriend?
I Promptly replied in my very well known way (only few people know this way): Which one you are talking about?
He asked in amazement: How many do you have buddy?
Me: LOL. Not a single one actually.
Amol: I don't believe you?
ME: Please do, otherwise I'll die of guilt. (LOL)
Amol: No tell me seriously.
Me: I have few but I am not able to decide which one to go for.

....
...
...
.

And this went on for around an hour before we started discussing the role of Gandhi in Partition, but that is in some other post.
The point here is after this was all over; I tried to recollect my thoughts just to see if I have anything interesting in my life about it.
Guess what? I burst out laughter.
I simply couldn't find anything interesting about it except the fact that I like romantic movies, romantic songs and books on this subject.
Slept at 2 and just to prevent myself from sleeping I am writing this post.

Anyways time to listen to "I'd do anything for love".

Cheers.

Happy Birthday Oshi

Oshi is 3 years old today.
Many Happy Returns of the day Dear.

Coming Home

Open your heart
I'm coming home.

Yeah finally I made it.
I'll be in Delhi and then to my home again after almost 3 months.
Not a long time though, still I feel like its been ages I've not seen my friend's and my family.
I remember there were days when I just had to informed kaushik about my leave plans, and now I did a conference on VOW to US for getting my leave assigned.

Anyways all well if the ends well.

In this excitement I finished two good books in this weekend.

Five point someone:
Was thinking for this book and finally found it a week back.
I won't say its a must read, still worth reading.

The Department of Denials:
The same ratings but I really liked the style of Anurag Mathur to make us laugh.

Now back to work..

I've Seen It All...

just feeling like this today, so posting the lyrics.

anybody listening?

I've seen it all, I have seen the trees,
I've seen the willow leaves dancing in the breeze
I've seen a man killed by his best friend,
And lives that were over before they were spent.
I've seen what I was - I know what I'll be
I've seen it all - there is no more to see!

You haven't seen elephants, kings or Peru!
I'm happy to say I had better to do
What about China? Have you seen the Great Wall?
All walls are great, if the roof doesn't fall!

And the man you will marry?
The home you will share?
To be honest, I really don't care...

You've never been to Niagara Falls?
I have seen water, its water, that's all...
The Eiffel Tower, the Empire State?
My pulse was as high on my very first date!
Your grandson's hand as he plays with your hair?
To be honest, I really don't care...

I've seen it all, I've seen the dark
I've seen the brightness in one little spark.
I've seen what I chose and I've seen what I need,
And that is enough, to want more would be greed.
I've seen what I was and I know what I'll be
I've seen it all - there is no more to see!

You've seen it all and all you have seen
You can always review on your own little screen
The light and the dark, the big and the small
Just keep in mind - you need no more at all
You've seen what you were and know what you'll be
You've seen it all - there is no more to see!

The Past (The better past)

Its Vishal's Happy Budday today and the guys over there will be having a great palty this weekend.
Everyone is so busy that they can't even celebrate a birthday on the day.
I remember it's always like this, but the fun was always the same whenever we were celebrating.
Ashish is busy now days with his regular hectic schedule and Vishal is messing up with VSNL.

Guys when we'll be able to ignore these shits on days like this?

Well even worst is that while everyone else is so busy, I am spending my time here writing this post cause I don't have anything else to do.
Still now days I prefer to stay in the office till late so that I'll be having few people around me to talk.
And everyone else from Delhi is doing the same.
I guess I am gonna have even larger group in Delhi whenever I'll be back.

Yeah I'll certainly be back to live my life again, but the question is when?

And the answer is not soon. :-(

So guys keep your finger crossed and pray for me if you can.
Meanwhile I am trying to recollect the name of the peoples who suggested me to go to bangalore.

Oops. Vikas just left to States half an hour back. (Bach gaya sala)

Anyways, Happy Birthday Buddy.

The New Place

This is a bad day following a pathetic weekend.
Got my seat shifted to a new place, from 5th floor to 3rd floor.

See how I am falling apart.

Well the worst thing is that I am sitting with people who are still living in the era of jagjeet singh and few more of his kind.
But yeah I must thank them cause because of them I got something to write today.
Ehhhhhhhhh here started "Hosh walo ko khabar kya".

Someone save me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its not like these songs are not good, but the thing is that I don't like them and I know I like very weird kind' a music and that's the reason I always keep my earphones with me.
....Just to make sure that nobody is thinking in the same way about me.

OK to tell you more about my new cubicle, we are 6 people sitting here for different projects and for different technologies. I am messing up with the documentation I've got about the project, the only girl here is busy surfing matrimonial sites and shouting on each good profile she founds. Two other guys are busy playing games over the network.

So lot's of happening.

Hope I am gonna shift to my project desk soon as my manager has asked for it.
